SmartWork is a national
co-employment company that allows you to place your
employees into our organization. Once there, we handle
the payroll and provide large-group rated medical, dental,
vision, and other benefits via a Section 125 Cafeteria
Plan. You still control all aspects of your company
– we just do the grunt work of the payroll and
report it under our ID number. You’re still able
to get reports that show your costs in the ways that
help your accounting processes work smoothly.
Because
you’ll then be part of a large collective, you’ll
get the cost savings that very large employers get on
their benefits packages, even though you are a small
to mid-size company. If your company has at least 5
people on the medical plan (or will have) you will be
part of our Humana major medical plan. If you have fewer
people who will be opting for medical insurance, we
have other options for you.
